The following pictures show the entire process.

I just suggest you look into the AVSS app since all other apps seem so much better (Zosi View, CMS).Zosi View Pc - ZOSI VIEW para PC Windows y Mac OS - Descarga Gratis. I did not want to make this sound like a bashing session, and I am pleased with the App, the resolution, the package itself for the price. The NVR states that the connection is good. My service states that it has had a check-in though I am telling the NVR to check every 30 minutes. I was able to set one up for my service (though I am unsure why I need it since I can only use the AVVS program instead of web interface). Now with that being said I have not troubleshot this with other carriers.ħ) Your limited list of DDNS providers may need updating. There is an option to "Check SSL" under email, but it does not seem to state that it is using SSL or TLS. Microsoft has stated that all STMP traffic must be SSL or TLS on port 587.

Also when I was at the NVR GUI the update option stated there was no new updates, yet I found the one on your website and had to install it via USB.Ħ) I am having problems integrating Outlook mail into the alarm section.
The model number is shown in your documentation as the model number being "ZR08RN" which would yield zero results in the search.
Zosi view avss pc client Patch#
I only found this patch after searching your website for "08RN". I don't know what the difference is on the blue and yellow.Ħ) I had connection issues dropping before this last patch was sent out. Of course that means I have to go back into the trigger screen to alter this.ĥ) It is not documented what the different icons mean on the GUI of the NVR. When I save that screen and go to mulit-screen mode I do see the icon appear to show it detected motion and is recording. I turn this on, and there is no icon activated on the screen. It states that I would see an "motion" icon appear when the test option is turned on if it detects movement in the record area and triggers the sensitivity. Once again I am not seeing any discrimination on the extremes, and the default.Ĥ) The test option on the trigger screen. Is 8 high sensitive (less movement causes the record) or is 1 high sensitivity. It is defaulted to 4 out of a scale of 1-8. This still records after this modification.ģ) The sensitivity I am confused about. I have a busy street that I have turned off the blue squares for to not trigger the recording. If I remove all the blocks from this tab yet still have it set to record under the schedule section, it does not.Ģ) When setting up the triggers for motion, you have the choice of recording areas to monitor for motion. Then in the Alarm section you have Motion tab once again that is setup like the motion tab under scheduling.
The motion is for recording during a certain time if motion is detected. Now I how I understand this Schedule is for recording during that time period. In this section you have tabs for "Schedule" and "Motion".
The interface for the NVR is decent, but I think the Alarm section needs some revamping, here are some suggestions/better documentation:ġ) Under setup you have a place for schedule recording. Ideally it would be great down the road if the system could highlight the motion, but that of course might be out of the capabilities of the program/NVR. Also having the option to play at various speeds would be great. I like how it is set up on the Zosi Smart App, where you have the list of events, not the time bar. I guess my biggest gripe about the AVSS program is the GUI for the playback.
